Czech modernist table or wall lamp by Helena Frantova for Okolo, 1950s

Beautiful table or wall lamp created by Czech designer Helena Frantová in 1953.

The lamp has a modernist, sophisticated design with a frame made of nickel plated steel. Its round shade ressembles a traditional Chinese hat and is made of Parchment, lined with coarse thread.

The lamp is light weight and can therefore also easily be hung from a wall.
