Rare edition ‘Biscia’ chair, Pascal Mourgue for Steiner, France, 1960s

Beautiful chair, know as ‘Biscia’ designed by Pascal Mourgue for Steiner, France, 1960s.

Frame is identical but the leather seat and backrests are different as this version is are two separate pieces of leather which are held together at the back and underneath its seat by spirals.

Chair is in a good vintage condtion. Leather strong and undamaged, just some patina and normal signs of ageing. See all images.
