Cado is the company created around Poul Cadovius's revolutionary Royal shelving system, launched in Denmark in 1948 and sold in over forty countries within a decade. Cadovius's insight — that shelving could float free of the floor, mounted directly to the wall on slender steel rails — transformed the way people thought about storage and display.
